Yousuf Shah built the Meducator app as a Free app with in-app subscriptions and purchases. This SERVICE is provided by Yousuf Shah at no cost and is intended for use as is. This app uses both Unity Ads and Google Admob and these 3rd parties may collect data related to advertisement from users. This app also uses Google Firestore Database and App Check to include the Medical Topic Videos in the app that are embedded from Youtube. By using this app you agree to these organizations privacy policies and may refer to their respective websites to learn more regarding their policies.
This app also uses OpenAI's API to generate AI responses based on user input. As such all inputs are directly sent to OpenAI and should abide by their privacy policy as outlined on their website. Note that Meducator LLC has a BAA with OpenAI that allows for zero data retention for select endpoints making this application HIPAA compliant for all AI features unless specifically noted otherwise in the app. Of note regarding the AI Notewriter feature, this app does not retain a copy of any audio files after they are used to generate a medical note for the user. Furthermore, the audio files are not used for any other purpose than those directly stated in the app. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy for further information regarding how they use any inputted information.
